Best of British Decor

The Royal Wedding and the Queen's Jubilee sparked a craze for British fashion that hasn't been seen since the 1960s. YDR has followed the trends of the past year and reported on the latest Brit-inspired furnishings. Here are some of our favorites.

Crowns and Coronets
In time for the the nuptials of Prince William and Kathryn Middleton, Graham & Brown launched "Crowns and Coronets," a wallpaper that features large-scale dramatic images of black crowns and coronets on a white background.

Although the wallpaper is royal-looking in its own right, it can be further glamorized with self-adhesive "jewels" to give the paper more sparkle. The price for the wallpaper is $70 a roll.

Cheerio Paint
To complement Crowns and Coronets, Graham and Brown offers a line of paint, "The Colours that Made Britain Great." The collection is a palette of 30 high-quality, flat matt-finish colors that reflect the vibrant fusion of British life.

Colors in the collection include Princess to Be (a pink shade), Jewel in the Crown (emerald green) and Cool Britannia (a sea-inspired blue). Each paint color perfectly complements the Crowns and Coronets wallpaper design, creating a regal pairing for any room.
